For international shipments you must choose your preferred method at checkout:
Norma Restrepo Jewels offers free shipping to the United States only for orders above $45. The standard shipping method is by USPS for domestic shipments. The delivery time is 3-5 days after shipment.
International
For international shipments you must choose your preferred method at checkout:
- • USPS, delivery time 7 to 21 business days.
- • UPS or DHL Express, delivery time 4 to 7 business days.
The international shipping fee varies by country and weight. Taxes or duties for international shipping may vary by country and may be paid by the customer. NR Jewels is not responsible for these charges.

Order Processing- • Orders are taken from Monday to Friday, except holidays. It will take 3-5 business days after you place your order to be shipped.
- • Once your order has been shipped or completed, a confirmation email will be sent with shipping and tracking information (all orders include a shipping number).
- • Norma Restrepo Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. By making any purchase you are agreeing to these policies. We are not responsible if the address provided is not correct or if the packages have been set as delivered and have not arrived. The customer must pay for shipping again if the item was returned because of that.
