Returns

Online purchases made through our website are valid for exchanges or returns within 15 days of the date of dispatch. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition and/or unused, returned in its original packaging. Items purchased through promotions or sales are final sales and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for special orders or custom items. All shipping charges including delivery cost and tax will be borne by the customer. Please be sure to contact us via email info@normarestrepojewels.com to request a return authorization number before returning the item.

Shipping Rates

Norma Restrepo Jewels offers free shipping to the United States only for orders above $45. The standard shipping method is by USPS for domestic shipments. The delivery time is 3-5 days after shipment.

International

For international shipments you must choose your preferred method at checkout:

• • USPS, delivery time 7 to 21 business days.
• • UPS or DHL Express, delivery time 4 to 7 business days.

The international shipping fee varies by country and weight. Taxes or duties for international shipping may vary by country and may be paid by the customer. NR Jewels is not responsible for these charges.
